Membership
All members have access to benefits and services such as peer-to-peer networking, critical information, public policy and advocacy initiatives and customized training. Members can access health, retirement and disability plans, one-on-one mentoring and technical assistance and attend CNDC forums, programs, educational workshops and training sessions.
Voting Members pay dues of $200-$600 per year depending on their annual budget. Voting Members must meet the following criteria:- must have a mission statement deemed consistent with CNDC's mission;
- must be designated as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization by the U. S Internal Revenue Service;
- must have two years of operational experience in neighborhood revitalization, concentrating on economic and community development, prior to application;
- must have an organizational structure that ensures involvement of stakeholders in the area served;
- must be current in payment of annual dues;
- must meet all other criteria established by the Board of Trustees for Voting Members
Rates that apply to Voting Members.
- Annual Budget of $200,000 or less: $200/year
- Annual Budget of $200,001-$400,000: $300/year
- Annual Budget of $400,001-$600,000: $400/year
- Annual Budget of $600,001-$800,000: $500/year
- Annual Budget of $800,0001 or more: $600/year

Supporting members pay dues of $300-$500 depending on their budget and receive benefits listed at the top of the page.
Rates that applies to Supporting Members.
- Nonprofit with Annual Budget less than $600,00: $300
- For Profit with Annual Revenues less than $600,000: $300
- Nonprofit with Annual Budget of more than $600,000: $500/year
- For Profit with Annual Revenues of more than $600,000: $500
